Dedicate a light to someone special this Christmas
Join us this year as we gather together once again to think of those close to us, remember loved ones and absent friends. This time allows us the opportunity to reflect on their lives and those whose memories we treasure. Our Lights for Love services are a moving tribute to those we miss the most at Christmas.
Additionally, we’re thrilled this year to introduce a short lantern procession from The Vines Park to Rochester Cathedral to mark this special 40th anniversary year for the hospice.
The lights of Christmas light up our dark nights. It is with these lights that we symbolise our love for someone special, wherever we are, wherever they may be.
Many people support the appeal because they were supported by care from The Wisdom Hospice, but you don’t need to have any connection to the hospice to participate. Everyone, of any age, is welcome to join in.

Making a Dedication
Every dedication we receive will be included in our Books of Remembrance. A special card will be sent to you for you to keep, along with a hospice star for you to hang on your tree at home or bring to a service.
Your donation will help us to continue to care for future patients and their families throughout the year, not just at Christmas.
Please note the deadline for dedications for our Book of Remembrance is Friday 17th November 2024 at 9am. After this, late entries will be inserted at the back of the books.
If you do not wish to make your dedication online and have not already received a Lights for Love form in the post, please download it (on the right) and either complete it digitally and email it back to us at info@wisdomhospicecharity.org.uk or print it out and post it to us:
